Hey y'all! I'm Shelby Tolar & the founder of Love to Mama. I’m a wife to a hunky man who I married in 2011 and we have two beautiful spunky little girls (born in 2017 and 2020.) Being a girl mom is THE BEST because my house is a constant explosion of baby dolls and bows. My birth class name, “Love to Mama” sums it up perfectly. I truly think there’s nothing better than the call to motherhood, which is why I LOVE teaching about birth. Besides being an instructor, I am also a Primal/Paleo Health Coach, and pretty much just love helping people be educated in the things that matter most. Besides all things birth and wellness, I love coffee, cooking shows, and oversized sunglasses. I can’t wait to meet you and gush over your adorable baby names and nursery colors soon!
